Website design and development for Assetivity

In need of an update after a decade of neglect, I was tasked with developing a new website for Assetivity to promote their consulting services and act as an eCommerce platform for their public training courses.

Previously a Joomla site, I handled the migration of existing content to a custom WordPress site, built using Gutenberg and ACF. WooCommerce was selected as an eCommerce platform due to its superior third-party support and customisability. My efforts allowed for a greater level of integration with Assetivity’s CRM, with customer data and conversions being collected for remarketing purposes.

During the transitional period between the two sites, UX was monitored via analytics and heatmap tools to identify problem areas and address issues not captured in testing.

In the following year after launch, the new website contributed to an increase in public training revenue of over 180% compared to the 3 years prior, a near-tripling in mailing list growth, and a 90% gain in digital conversion rates.
